Tripkicks integrates with corporate online booking tools, so
travelers can see real-time insights and alerts about their travel while
booking their trip.
Companies can choose which information to display to
travelers, including safety alerts, travel disruption information, COVID-19
stats, spend and behavior guidance, as well as company-specific messages.
Tripkicks
also shows travelers details about their specific flight and lodging options,
such as flight capacity, on-time performance, environmentally-friendly options
and cleanliness rankings.
Goals for 2021
When COVID-19 emerged, the
world changed – and so did business travel. And the Tripkicks team discovered
an opportunity to leverage our technology and address the unique challenges of
business travelers today by maturing our mission to Make Business Travel
Better. The result is an optimized booking experience, providing
enhanced communication and guidance to the traveler.
The corporate booking process
today is broken. It lacks the ability to provide travelers with the important
information needed to travel, and it’s a pain point for travelers and companies
looking to restart business travel. Heading into 2021, Tripkicks is focused on
equipping companies with the tools to enable employees to easily and more
confidently book travel again and empowering travelers with everything the need
to stay safe and be better informed.
Tripkicks is currently available to SAP
Concur clients, and we’re working to expand our integration with other booking
tools and other partners (e.g., TMCs) via API. Additionally, we continue
to add depth to our insights, focusing on more personalized information about
the travel journey and amplifying attention to sustainability, cost savings and
safety.
