Strategic goals for 2023
NeoKe is a travel wallet that enables remote verifications and check-ins, creating a seamless traveler experience. Users can store and share their digital ID with airports, airlines, hotels, OTAs and car rental providers, enabling a more secure and efficient way to travel. This also allows for real-time personalisation and dynamic content exchanges.

NeoKe is live today with its first use case in accommodations, offering a platform for accommodation providers and travelers to effortlessly communicate and share all essential pre-check-in details. 

In 2023, NeoKe will expand its accommodation portfolio, run a pilot with a global OTA, and partner with an airline and respective hub airport to provide pre-checks that improve passenger flows. We will launch a novel data platform to provide contextual information exchange that elevates the traveler experience.

Lessons learned since founding
Travel providers are quite rightly using data to provide better experiences to their customers, however their approach is siloed to their respective verticals. Travelers aspire for a connected experience, personalized to their needs across different touch points of their trip (planning, booking, traveling, experiencing and reminiscing). The connected trip is only possible by having a trusted and permissioned information exchange, whilst keeping the issuer in total control of the data ownership.  

This is why NeoKe exists, to enable smart and secure information exchange across different touch points, empowering people to seamlessly achieve their travel goals. We believe that by harnessing the capabilities of digital identity infrastructure, layered with contextual information exchange, we could radically change the way we travel.
