As destination marketing/management organizations increasingly lean into artificial intelligence, seeking to educate their partners, more have sought partnerships as evidenced by Satisfi Labs’ announcement Thursday that it has expanded its client base.
The AI-powered conversational experience platform for experiences and destinations has added Travel Nevada, Visit Jamaica, Visit Denver and others to its client roster. Its solution enables DMOs to turn the data on their websites and in their visitor centers into content that the chatbot can use to answer travelers' questions, about events, parking, health and safety and more.
"Tourists want answers to their travel questions at all stages of the trip, and AI-powered technology is helping destinations deliver on this," said Donny White, CEO of Satisfi Labs. "DMOs understand the value of providing real-time answers and travel information to their visitors, and our product is the preferred way to personalize, inform and educate travelers in a conversational way.”
Satisfi Labs works to enhance the whole tourism experience by offering staffing assistance and bolstering operational efficiency through AI-powered conversations based on a partner ecosystem. The company’s partner network includes the integration of Simpleview, allowing DMOs to use dynamic data in their communications with visitors.
DMOs working with Satisfi Labs said the AI technology has been helpful.
Salim Bourget, director of web and content at Visit Denver, said the chat experience provided by Satsifi Labs has helped the organization better connect with its audience.
“Their AI technology lets us communicate in a personal and immediate way that feels natural and highlights the best of what Denver has to offer,” said Bourget.
