Zamna is building GDPR-compliant identity platforms for the aviation industry. Zamna empowers airlines to verify a passenger’s identity prior to arriving at an airport, creating both a better passenger experience and better security.
The technology utilizes modern cryptographical approaches and distributed ledger technology to securely connect individual data and verifications, creating a commercially-scalable blockchain solution for aviation and governments.
Goals for 2021
Identity is the mission critical tool to transform our travel experience in a post-COVID world. Zamna is delivering their Persistent Identity layer across the travel ecosystem - from OTAs to car hires, hotels and airlines. The average airline has six
meters of runway left and travel recovery in 2021 will require a fundamental business model reset - with digital transformation happening faster than ever.
The battle to best serve the traveler will move from volume to individual hyper personalization,
with Zamna helping customers maximize commercial value and drive a new experience through identity-centric enterprise solutions.
Zamna is closing many live discussions right now across the travel ecosystem together with the associated commercial partners such as financial services and e-commerce.
2021 will be a year of proving how Zamna can transcend verticals using identity solutions they have consolidated within aviation and travel, while hiring the excellent talent made available in the travel space due to market disruption. Given the above,
Zamna expects to be raising a Series A round at the end of 2021.
