Strategic goals for 2022

We aim to consolidate our position as the leading revenue management solution for small to medium-sized hotels. We recently raised our seed round and are using the money to increase our exposure via sales and marketing.

We will continue our partnerships with other accommodation software providers. And we are also looking to build on our thought-leadership position in hotel tech for smaller hotels through our academy. We look to keep doubling in revenue every year.

From a product viewpoint, we want to build our success on the strong foundation of an exceptional product and thrilled customers.

We currently have a 97% recommendation score on Hotel Tech Report, which is one of the highest on the platform.

We love that we have the wow factor with customers and partners, and we see that as a way of standing out in a crowded hotel-technology landscape.

Lessons learned over the last year

We've learned a lot about the resilience and strength of the hotel industry. I feel that there has been a lot of solidarity in the tough times we had.

Strategy-wise, we offered our customers the product for free during the first lockdown, which helped with customer retention as we almost lost no clients over the period except for closures and sales.

I also think we learned a lot about ourselves, about how during the tough times we could keep up the spirit and commit to improving what we do so that we can be better when things improve. I feel like we are coming out of the crisis much stronger than before.
